MAXUS understand that many people do not wish to order van accessories on line, so we accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone
Can I receive a phone call before the driver arrives
Due to the number of drops in a day that carriers are expected to make, they are unable to phone prior to making the delivery, they are supplied with a contact phone number but this is only used if they are having difficulty in finding your property.
Do you offer an installation service
Yes, MAXUS will install our products at our Worcester fitting depot. Please note that this serivce has to be pre-booked, it is not possible to just arrive and have the work done. Please phone for a quotation on 01905 422688
Is VAT included
As our terms and conditions state, we are a business to business including sole traders operation, therefore all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. The VAT will be added within the shopping cart.
My delivery has arrived but no VAT receipt
The VAT receipts are sent out after we have had a confirmation from the carrier that the delivery has been made. The VAT receipt will arrive within 1-2 weeks of the delivery being made.
Northern Scottish and non UK mainland postage
As we use a national carrier Tuffnells they impose a surcharge upon ourselves for delivering to Northern Scotland, or non UK mainland. This does not mean that we can't deliver to these postcodes, please phone so that a price can be quoted.
Postage costs
Our prices are delivered prices for all UK mainland orders over £30. Orders under £30 are subject to a £10 carriage cost. Excluding some Northern Scottish postcodes and non UK Mainland.
What are you opening hours
Demar have 3 phone lines into the sales office and they are answered between 8.00am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00 pm on a Friday.
When will I receive my item ?
Typical delivery is 3 - 4 working days based on the Free delivery option via the website. Often a priority dispatch service can be arranged at additional cost (dependent on size of package), please telephone the sales office if you would like to arrange this service as any website orders will default to the free delivery option.
